Data Processing and Device Permissions
DRIP is an on-device app.
You do not create an account.
We do not run a server that stores your photos, videos, voice, or location.
DRIP can ask for the following device permissions to operate:
Camera: To record selfies and videos you choose to make.
Microphone: To record your voice on those clips.
Speech recognition: To turn your voice into text on the device.
Location: Only while you are using the app, and only after you tap a nearby search such as Coffee, Smoothie, or a night-out search. The night-out search can be removed in the app. DRIP uses that location to open your preferred maps app (Apple Maps or Google Maps) for nearby places. We do not upload or transmit your location to Cyberlocity.
Photos, videos, and voice recordings stay on your phone unless you share them yourself through the phone’s share sheet.
We do not sell personal information.
DRIP does not show ads.
Data Retention and Deletion
We do not keep or store your camera, microphone, or location data. It stays entirely on your local device.
You can delete it at any time by deleting the clips in your phone’s files, clearing the app’s storage, or uninstalling DRIP.
Uninstalling removes the app and all its local data from that device.
Because DRIP does not collect or store user accounts or personal data on external servers, there is no application data on our servers to delete.
However, if you have sent us support emails or inquiries and wish to request the deletion of that communication data, you may submit a request at any time by emailing Support@Cyberlocity.com, and we will delete it within 30 days.
Payments
Subscriptions and tips are processed by the Apple App Store.
The App Store collects and processes payment information under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your full card number. We may receive a purchase confirmation so the app can unlock your premium features.
Children’s Privacy
DRIP is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent believes a child has used the app and wants local data removed, please uninstall the app from that device or contact us at Support@Cyberlocity.com for assistance.
Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any updates on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top of this policy.
