Subscriptions and Purchases
DRIP is a paid app.
A 3-day free trial may be offered. After the trial, the subscription is $3.99 per month through Google Play or the Apple App Store, unless you cancel. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically each month unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play subscription settings or your Apple account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited if you buy a subscription before the trial ends.
Refunds
All refunds are handled exclusively by the store that billed you (Google Play or Apple App Store).
To request a refund, please contact the respective store directly. Cyberlocity cannot refund a store charge directly.
In-App Tips
Optional tips are available as in-app purchases through the same store. They are strictly voluntary and not required to use the app.
The “Manage Subscription” option in the app opens your store’s subscription page.
“Restore Purchases” asks the store whether your platform account already has an active subscription.
Platform-Specific Terms
For iOS users, your use of DRIP on Apple hardware is subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated into these terms by reference: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
Acceptable Use and User-Generated Content
You may not use DRIP to create or share content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, harassing, or sexually exploitative. Clips you make stay on your device unless you choose to share them manually.
We do not host a public feed, server backend, or content moderation loop, and you are entirely responsible for the content you generate and share locally. You may not misuse, reverse engineer, or copy the app.
Features and Disclaimers
Features that use the camera, microphone, or location work only if you explicitly grant the app permission.
Nearby search launches your device’s maps app outside DRIP. DRIP reads location on the device only to start that search. Location is not sent to Cyberlocity.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of search results or promise that a particular place will appear.
DRIP is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Cyberlocity LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Your continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
