When our applications provide speech-to-text functionality, the natural language processing model executes entirely via client-side computation on your phone’s processor. We do not upload that audio or text to Cyberlocity.
If an application features a localized nearby search, it utilizes your device’s GPS coordinates strictly while the app is active and only after you intentionally initiate a query for regional amenities.
The software processes these coordinates locally to generate a deep-link handoff, launching your device’s native, third-party mapping application outside of our software environment. Cyberlocity never intercepts, transmits, or centralizes your location coordinates.

As a result, all subscription management actions, auto-renewal cancellations, and formal refund inquiries are handled securely through your platform account settings under the respective store’s regulatory policies.
Cyberlocity never directly receives or manages your full primary account number (PAN). We receive only cryptographically signed purchase confirmation tokens from the platform operators to validate and unlock your local application privileges.

Apps published by Cyberlocity LLC run on the device, do not require a Cyberlocity account, do not show ads, and do not collect payments directly. Purchases are handled by the app store native to the user’s device.
