We do not run a server that stores your photos, videos, voice, or location.DRIP can ask for the following device permissions to operate:Camera: To record selfies and videos you choose to make.Microphone: To record your voice on those clips.Speech recognition: To turn your voice into text on the device.Location: Only while you are using the app, and only after you tap a nearby search (such as Coffee, Smoothie, or a night-out search). DRIP uses that location to open your maps app for nearby places. We do not upload or transmit your location to Cyberlocity.Photos, videos, and voice recordings stay on your phone unless you share them yourself through the phone’s share sheet. We do not sell personal information. DRIP does not show ads.Data Retention and DeletionWe do not keep or store your camera, microphone, or location data. It stays entirely on your local device. You can delete it at any time by deleting the clips in your phone’s files, clearing the app’s storage, or uninstalling DRIP. Uninstalling removes the app and all its local data from that device.Because DRIP does not collect or store user accounts or personal data on external servers, there is no application data on our servers to delete. However, if you have sent us support emails or inquiries and wish to request the deletion of that communication data, you may submit a request at any time by emailing Support@Cyberlocity.com, and we will delete it within 30 days.PaymentsSubscriptions and tips are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Those stores collect and process payment information under their own respective privacy policies. We do not receive your full card number. We may receive a purchase confirmation so the app can unlock your premium features.Children’s PrivacyDRIP is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent believes a child has used the app and wants local data removed, please uninstall the app from that device or contact us at Support@Cyberlocity.com for assistance.Changes to This PolicyWe may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. After the trial, the subscription is $3.99 per month through Google Play or the Apple App Store, unless you cancel. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.The subscription renews automatically each month unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play subscription settings or your Apple account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited if you buy a subscription before the trial ends.RefundsAll refunds are handled exclusively by the store that billed you (Google Play or Apple App Store). To request a refund, please contact the respective store directly. Cyberlocity cannot refund a store charge directly.In-App TipsOptional tips are available as in-app purchases through the same store. They are strictly voluntary and not required to use the app. The “Manage Subscription” option in the app opens your store’s subscription page. “Restore Purchases” asks the store whether your platform account already has an active subscription.Platform-Specific TermsFor iOS users, your use of DRIP on Apple hardware is subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated into these terms by reference: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/Acceptable Use and User-Generated ContentYou may not use DRIP to create or share content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, harassing, or sexually exploitative. Clips you make stay on your device unless you choose to share them manually. We do not host a public feed, server backend, or content moderation loop, and you are entirely responsible for the content you generate and share locally. You may not misuse, reverse engineer, or copy the app.Features and DisclaimersFeatures that use the camera, microphone, or location work only if you explicitly grant the app permission. Nearby search functions strictly by opening your device’s native maps app. We do not guarantee the accuracy of search results or promise that a particular shop will appear.DRIP is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Cyberlocity LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.Governing LawThese terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.Changes to These TermsWe may update these terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Your continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
